Hello guys.

Today I want to indicate a dish that I love, typical Japanese and that is super loved by the Japanese people.

If you come to Japan, or if you live here, just try!

Soba is a type of pasta (like the lamen), made from buckwheat flour.

They are served inside a soup (can be hot or cold), based on fish, shoyu and other ingredients.

The name of the dish changes depending on the accompaniment.

My favorite is the tempura soba, soba with shrimp tempura and vegetables. (Photos below)

You can find soba restaurants anywhere, as they are very popular, but I suggest looking for a specialized restaurant as it is much better prepared.

Here are some I like to go.

Restaurant Tsuzurao

Localization:  Shinjuku , Shopping Odakyu 12F

Very affordable.

Restaurant SANADA

Localization: Near Ginza station,  6F  Ginza Six shopping mall.

It’s my favorite!

Restaurant Matsugen Rin.

Higher price in the evening. At lunch it is very affordable and comes the set with sashimi and other typical Japanese foods.

5min by walk from Ginza station.

Adress: Chuo-ku Ginza 7-8-7 4F
